Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times Standard shipping typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

International Shipping We ship to multiple countries including Jamaica and select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local government.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
